After several failed attempts, the bottom part of the screen will display "Forgot Passcode" or "Forgot Pattern." When you click that, all you have to do is enter your Google account credentials and it will prompt you to create a new passcode.

one way to unlock your phone is to call your mobile provider and ask them to unlock your phone.
but you can use *#7328748263373738# as a reset code and then if your phone asked for code enter 12345
