Question about Avalon Baby Gear
It's an older stroller, probably made in the 90's. Got it at a consignment store but have no idea how to fold it! It is a front and back double stroller an has a bar to step on, but I can't get it to collapse. The model is A82. I can't find anything online about it, so maybe someone had one and knows how to do it. thanks!

I called customer service at Graco and explained the problem, asked for a fix.
The rep said the part is not replaceable and told me to send the stroller back to them for 'evaluation and/or replacement'. They will pay to FedEx it back to them this week.
So that is where it stands.
Thank you very much for your site and offering a chance to put the problem out there.

it's kinda tricky to put the bracket on, but it should have come with a weird bracket that kinda looks like a brake caliper, the bracket goes around the back of your frame, as opposed to attaching to the wheel pin like the inStep trailers...if you don't have the bracket, i dont know what you can do

SOURCE: fold stroller
Not sure how different this one is to ours but we have an older Dreamer Design double stroller and down by the front wheel there are two black plastic clips that you pull upwards while at the same time pushing two small depressable "buttons" that are in line with the main bars coming down towards the front wheel... once that's done you lift and push backwards at the same time, the whole stroller frame will move backwards (oh brake has to be on) and then once those main bars are free you can pull the frame towards you and then double it over back on itself...the rear wheels pull out by pushing the centre button and pulling on the wheel and they you're able to put it just about anywhere...hope that helps...Rob
