Question about Panasonic PT-56WXF95 56" Rear Projection Television
If that was the case, then you first had a loose connection my friend on one of the convergence IC's. But the longer you "tap" the set to correct your problem the more of a chance that now the convergence ICs are bad and will need replacing. these IC's are not plugged into the board, they are soldered. If you have some TV repair knowledge, and have experience soldering and unsoldering on small solid state printed circuit boards, then yes you should have no problem reading a schematic diagram, locating the two convergence IC's and replacing them. There could also maybe a feedback resistor or two that might have went out as a result of the IC's blowing out. Good Luck
