Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

2. Press and hold the Call and Cancel Button together(Do it immediately after Step 1)
3. Do not release Call and Cancel button, the Samsung Omnia Screen Appear

Press Call to Format or End Call to Cancel.
This hard reset does not erase the 16GB memory. To reset everything, you could use the software hard reset by going to Settings > Hard Reset. There is also option to format the storage card.
If you decided not to format and press cancel, that will soft reset the phone.
Another Method to Hard Reset
There is another method to Hard Reset, just key in the following code on your Dial Pad
*2767*3855#
After keying in the code, the Phone will restart itself. Phone will be reset to defaulf factory settings straight away. For DZIA5 Firmware, it will format the My Storage Card also.

SOURCE: Samsung Omnia II gets stuck

if you dropped it, the phone is probably catastrophically broken. i would say your only option is to take it in to your carrier and either a) get it repaired or b) get a replacement.

SOURCE: i m unable to allign

Hi user,

Omnia has a little bit of alignment options, in case you have made the setting change. The screen will be aligned as per your manual setting.
In case you want to realign the setting you need to set it up manually or you can do a default setting change in your mobile to get old default settings back.

This may change few other settings as well but atleast your screen will be aligned as it was earlier.

Best of luck!

Take some time and rate my suggestion.

Richee

Check out this link easy fix using windows no .cab installation required. I've tried a lot of suggested fixes, this is the only one that works without sending it away, installing anything. Just connect to your desktop and follow the instructions in the link http://www.samsung-omnia.org/general-samsung-omnia-ii-discussions/my-storage-on-omnia-ii-disappeared/
