A small crescent wrench should do just fine. Just be careful not to cross thread when putting it back on.

Yes,it sounds like you have to replace the hose.Follow the braided hose under your sink until you come across a yellow and black fitting . it is comparable to an air hose fitting quick disconnection. once that is pulled from the sink port, unscrew the spray head and pull the ose through the faucet body from above the sink

Hello feleppa... Most faucets can be repaired. That said, if you can not figure out how to disassemble it you could consider removing the entire faucet and taking it to the hardware store. Most hardware stores are expert at repairing faucets, if the parts are still available.

That said, this faucet is 26 years old so getting parts may be a challenge. My advice to customers in this situation is to put the repair money toward a replacement, unless the faucet has sentimental value.

Thanks for choosing Fixya!

I also have a Franke 200 series faucet and it's leaking where pullout spray attaches to supply tube after replacing it possible for sprayer hose to leak...its silver not just a nylon hose

Although I am unfamiliar with the name "Franke", I am more than familiar with this problem.
I have had it too many times to count.
I have discovered it takes an assortment of black rubber/plastic washers to fix this.
I even have them in my tool box for this very problem.
Not enough washers will cause a leak, too many and the hose will not ***** on.
I have had to experiment with different washers to get the fix.
God bless your efforts.

How do I remove a seized handle on my FF-600 Franke faucet.

Refer to the link for drawing of the FF.660.

It looks like the Cover 45019 attaches to the faucet body I would brush some vinegar on/in any openings around this part for several minutes then heat the cover by pouring hot water over it after that use a Strap Wrench to try to turn the cover anti clockwise. It may take a few tries to dislodge the corrosion before it will release. Repeat with Valve 3699 and a wrench.

There probably is sediment where the water is coming at the valve. Remove the head of the faucet and clean it . This normally is the problem.

check to see if the weight on the hose got shifted too far back (if it was loose it could slide along the hose).

There are websites that give instructions for disassembling the Franke faucets. Also, some have a valve cartridge ($20-50) that can be replaced (you take the handle off, the catridge is inside)/

It sprays fine but off the spray thair is no presuser . we replaced the water lines in the house we have good preasure though out our home jest not at the kitchen sink

One of the greatest things about Franke Faucets is that they have a lifetime guarantee. If you recently changed the waterlines in the home then more than likely when the water was turned back on or lines pressurized the settlement in the water main (Outside of your home) was activated and clogged the aerator. Most aerators simply turn counter clockwise (With the water off) after remooving the aerator simply clean and dislodge any particles in another sink. As for the pull out, some models have an inline screen located between the hose and the faucet handle. Simpy remove the handheld faucet (With the water off) and clean the screen.

Trouble with a Franke kitchen faucet - the spout has a retractable internal hose for spraying down the sink - it is not retracting as it should

Look at the clutter under the sink. Is the hose tangled or caught on something? There should be a weight clamped to the hose to make it fall back into place. This weight minght have slid down the hose.
