Question about Arris DSR922
All vertically polarized satellite signals, on all birds have zero signal strength. I am able to observe output of polarizing circuit when changing channels with my oscilloscope. Almost no pulses, 0.25 volt instead of about 1 volt. Attaching a spare polarizing motor to the appropriate terninals on DSR922 produces no motion by probe-drive motor, going from a vertical to a horizontal channel or back. Tech Support at Skyvision gave me your phone # as someone who can repair my receiver. I left a phone message several days ago and received no reply yet. Please reply. I don't see a space on this page for my email address.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
