Question about Televison & Video
I have Hisense 22inch HSL5529HDI it has sound of channels but no picture, it shows Hisense id display banner on startup but no menu or picture follows. I have tried holding menu button when starting the unit and whatever I could think of. The remote control seems to work changing the channells but I cant seem to enter any menu for adjustment or whatever. The 3 yr warranty has expired last may so I aseem at a loss...it seems to have a usb terminal but I beleive that is only for service. If you could help it would be good
Its main digital board should be troubleshooted. Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for
more details. Click this link. View it in
"Timeslide" or "Flipcard" option, which can be selected
from the drop down box menu by the [Sidebar] tag, at the top left corner
of the display window. You can also
click the [Home] tab to see the latest updates. It will make search
easy. There are more than 1350 posts to different brand TVs now. Pull up older

SOURCE: NO TV PICTURE
The best way is to contact your service provider and ask them to trouble shoot guide you, there should be a way to reset or diagnose the receiver or if you prefer go back to the place you bought it and ask for a replacement, You should still have the manufacturer's warranty, check that as well.

SOURCE: INPUT GOING CRAZY
It could well be the accumulation of dirt/dust behind the buttons causing them to stick. If you are able to carefully remove the board that the buttons are located on and use a cleaner that will de-grease at the same time. Be sure that everything is dry as can be before re-assembling and then check if the problem persists. If you are not capable of doing this trust a competant technician. Hope this helps.

U have 2 situations:
1st U have a tv Key stucked or internal control board defective.
2nd U have a broken tv remote control.
Note: Check for stuck pressed keys on TV, if not send to repair shop, for checkup.

If the Dish remote won't change the picture size when you use the "Format" button (either bottom left on remote or the "page up", "page down" buttons), then you will need to try the Sony remote. If the Sony remote doesn't have a "picture size" or "format" button, then enter the Sony User Menu and look in "Set up" for "Picture Size" "Format" or the like.
Hope this helps!
