Question about Sony Ericsson Z610i Cellular Phone
Other than that message, the display of functions all seems normal. No issue with network coverage in area (confirmed with another phone using same service) and no issue with SIM (confirmed by putting in another phone using same service). Phone was dropped or knocked hard, so it seems likely that a physical connection may be broken or loose.
I bought a new battery for mine, and it worked, i was able to make and receive calls, but for me my texts wont send, still trying to figure that part out.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
