Question about Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
HI I just bought a new ink cartridge and when I tried to install it the screen says that the cartridge is missing- but its not. How do I solve this problem
More than once I've gotten cartridges that we're bad (and some even empty) right from the manufacturer's box. Return it for exchange as defective (you won't get money back for opened ink, but they should exchange it). I'm assuming that you've already re-installed this cartridge a couple of times and that there we're no previous problems. Good luck!
