Check the power cord, make sure you have not just pulled the copier end out of place. the power cords are often replacable and can pull out of the copier.

Hope this is of some help.

SOURCE: error 0000500-0000. Finisher error. Ran through

sounds like the DC controller and or the Finisher controller have gone bad. Unfortunatly there is no easy fix for this problem. you will need to get someone out to have them checked but if you leave the finisher off of the copier it should still work so at least you can make the copies.

This error code can mean several things. However the most likely problem has do do with the finisher attached to the copier unit. The finisher may have been disconnected to the bridge unit or lost power. Check your connections to the finisher and make sure it latched to the main unit properly.

How do I disconnect finisher for Canon IR3300. Can I get a picture of the specific part?

Disconnecting the sorter if you have the external finisher is easy. Just follow the cable from the finisher/sorter to the copier and unplug it. However, if you have the internal type sorter, the disassembly to remove / disconnect it is quite involved/difficult. You'll certainly need a tech, if that's the case.

MY RICOH AFICIO MP C6000 IS SHOWING AN ERROR CODE SC326

That is a "second laser synchronization error". Try this: Hit the yellow button, press numbers 1, then 0, then 7, then hit the orange key. When it goes into SP mode, turn off the copier and unplug it. Wait 15 seconds then plug back in and turn on. If that does not fix it then you need to call a tech to service the machine.

Second hand Ricoh FT7950. Paper wont feed from

Going strictly from memory as this is an older model.
With the machine sitting ready to make a copy open the finisher door and close it . Are there any signs of life ie rollers spin tray moves stpler homes up?
IF yes I would look at the finisher entrance sensor as these get pretty dirty ith paper dust(or could be out of alinment from moving.

IF No then I would look at the finisher connector inspect for any damage .
Hope this gets you in the right area
