Question about Frigidaire ATF6000ES Front Load Washer
After a complete wash cycle, the load stays completely soaked because the spin cycle won't engage as a part of the complete wash cycle. After we pull out the clothes and put them in the dryer, we have to manually rotate the drum in the washer to completely eliminate the standing water. The drain hose isn't pinched at all and there is no damage of any kind that I can see externally. What do you suggest?
You need to clean your drain punp,if its is clean[which i think it wont be,and i have fixed thousands of washers]you need to do a voltage check at the pump.if its getting voltage and not draining replace pump.your washer can not go into high spin unless it pumps the water out.to get to the pump remove bottom panel, pump on the right.it has two hoses to it and to wires.it is white or tan in color.i hope this helps,God bless ,tom
