Why does my Sunbeam 5891 bread maker reset itself a few minutes into baking a loaf ?

If you have another setting, try that and see if it works without reset.

I have a sunbeam bread machine model#5891 input 120 vac 60H2600utz and cant find the book to it to tell me the recipes to make the bread it had the measurements in it and other recipes

Here you go

MANUAL

The link is on the right side of the page about halfway down.

I have the same machine by the way.

If you have a BulkBarn near you go there for bread machine flour and the milk powder and yeast. Waaaay cheaper than the grocery store! And don't bother with the express loaf, it calls for so much yeast it tastes strange.

A couple tips... to get the loaf out turn the pan upside down and give the paddle a little twist so it unhooks from the loaf. Should pop right out.

And I'm getting fat... Don't make bread every day.

Regards

Sunbeam 5891-33 came packed with some sort of wire tool. Manual does not say what this tool is for. anybody know?

Hi,
After you remove the loaf from the bread pan, this tool is used to remove the paddle if it is still in the bread. I never use it though. Hank

Sunbeam 5891 Breadmaker stops for several seconds

It is normal. It allows the dough to fall back on the mixer blade. Often these reverse and that also gives the motor time to come to complete stop before reversing.

Wire piece

The small end of the wire thing works to dig the paddle out of the loaf, where it always sticks. I have no idea what the other end is for. Hope this helps.....a bit.

HHH Error Code

Generally, an HHH error code means the machine is sitll too hot from making the previous loaf. Keep the door open for a bit and allow it to cool down.

Dough blade

This shouldn't have happened. Return it to the store. Don't worry about the teflon. It is not toxic. The only time it can be dangerous is when it is overheated it produces a toxic gas. Eating small pieces is harmless.

Addidng ingredents

Sorry, I don't know too much about breadmakers, but generally speaking, you add ingredients that you want to remain solid later into the mixture. If you add them before the dough is dough-y, then they'll get crushed.
