When i plug it into the computer nothing happens the mp3 starts to charge but computer doesnt find it cant put any songs onto it. i dont have a disk for it and have windows 7 and windows xp neiter computer finds the mp3

SOURCE: putting songs onto it
You might not have a type of file that is supported by your mp3 player. I use online converters and change them all to wma because our players can play that and they are smaller than mp3s.

SOURCE: Computer doesn't recognize MP3 player -
I had the same problem, all you have to do is first turn on the Mp3.Then go to settings. Then go down to USB mode. It will probably say, auto detect.But instead scroll down to MSC. If that doesn't work try MTP.
