Question about Konica Minolta Di1610 Copier
We just purchased a new Di1610p a few months ago. The toner cartridge is already empty (not a good sign, as we don't use it that much), but bought two new toner cartridges from tonermax.com. They look identical to the one that came with the machine, down to the same stickers on the outside, model numbers, etc, but when they are installed, the machine says "Incorrect T/C" and won't do anything. We put the old one back in and it works fine (other than almost being empty). Any thoughts? Thanks
Just open close the front door, sometimes the drum carriage doesnt make a good ground and throws this code.

Take the sensor board from the old cartridge and fit it on the new one. There were some incompatibilty issues with these machines. Quicker and less messy!

Temporary fix: if you pry open the covers on each, you can transfer the toner from the new to the old cartridge and then snap the covers back on.
