a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Canon MF 4350d Wont install
Same problem with Dell 4600C. Tried to connect new Canon Imageclass 4350d monochrome printer. First spoke with Canon technical support for 45 minutes (this is after I spent several hours on my own trying to resolve the problem) and after installing, uninstalling, and installing Canon drivers from disc and online from Canon, same problem: "USB device not recognized". Canon said it must be a computer hardware or software problem with my Dell computer. I then called Dell technical support and was on phone for three hours. They had same problem and suggested I do a complete restore using the Windows XP operating disc that came with the computer when I purchased it in 2003. After doing this time consuming measure, same problem. Dell told me that it may simply be that the Dell 4600C computer and the Canon Imageclass 4350d printer may not be compatible. Both Dell and Canon suggested I try to hook up a different computer and see if the drivers will load correctly from the Canon disc so that the computer will communicate with the printer. Will try this tomorrow, but even it the printer then works, this doesn't solve the problem with using my Dell 4600C computer with this printer. If this is the case, too bad Canon doesn't inform the public about this incompatibity issue.

Being the canon will import a .cvs file you need to export the windows contacts folder into a .cvs file and then import it into the canon.
To Export the windows contact file to .cvs file (from Microsoft webpage)
To export contacts so they can be viewed by someone using another program
You can convert all your contacts at once to the format you choose so that someone using another program or a previous version of Windows can open and view them.
open a document and select the Canon 4350 fax driver as the printer
Select the Edit Address Book TAB
Select Import TAB
Browse to where you stored the exported .cvs contacts file
Click on the .cvs file to be imported
It will process and the address book will them be populated withthe data from the windows contact folder.
