Question about Royal Alpha 600sc Cash Management System W/ Barcode Scanner
I had no issues programming it after purchasing it used, and the normal function works fine. I had noticed my time on receipts was 1 hour off after day light savings time ended and tried to reset it. I just got an error so I left it alone. Now I am trying to run a month end report and once again getting an error, both in X and Z mode.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the scanner comes with a programming card, just scan the barcode to start programming, then scan the barcode that says usb and then scan the barcode that says end programming, and it will start working again
