Continuous beeping sound

I'm stumped. Can you help answer this question? Why does my Steamfast model SP-660 have a continuous beeping sound. The owner manual says this should only happen when the steemer is on and hasn't been used in 15 min. Thank you

Think this is a failure in the control board. Neighbor asked me to repair the unit. Found two zener diodes on the board failed and that was responsible for setting the power supply on the board. I suspect it fried one of the timer chips as the one is working (it makes the annoying beeping sound). I will replace the other timer chip and if that does not fix it in the trash it will go!

Did you get an answer? mine is doing the same. I've filled it, checked the float, held the trigger for a good while, won't stop beeping or start working again.
