SOURCE: Code #33 on Bryant 355MAV 90i Furnace

Make sure the unit is properly set up (jetted/orifices) for LP. It sounds to me like the unit is setup for natural gas and is being used on propane.

SOURCE: bryant furnance clicking, won't fire

try checking the pressure sensing switch,it has a tube that should run somewhere close to the inducer fan.sometimes this hose fills with liquids, and makes the units act funny.I don't know if you have a condensing unit or what.the furnace wont try to light if it cant tell the inducer motor is running.any induced draft unit will work this way.you can also do a temp. bypass of the pressure switch to make sure the contacts on it are closing just be sure your inducer fan is running, and you cant leave it like that its just a test.that is a safety feature you really need.

SOURCE: intertherm propane furnace makes popping sound when running

It sounds like you have a possible hole in the heat exchanger. Turn the heat off and turn the fan on. If you feel any air coming back out of the heat exchanger, you have a hole. A yellow flame is not a good sign. I would even consider having a service professional come out and take a look.

That part is probably going bad. The motor uses it to get moving and when it fails then the motor wont start, makes buzzing or humming noise due to phase loss.

I have a 1099 general powered humidifier making a loud humming noise.

there are no moving parts in that humidifier other than the solenoid and it only moves open or closed are you sure the noise isn't caused by something else, maybe something close or even the furnace

I have a Bryant hvac system, model 315aav / jav, that started making a loud buzzing noise whenever the fan is running, whether on furnace or a/c. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

I would say that either you have a loose fan guard ,you have a contactor that is loose and not making good connection, or a motor that is getting bad. Possibly the strap holding the fan motor is loose around the motor and letting it vibrate
I would try to narrow down if it is vibration buzz or a motor or is it coming from the area where all the control parts are

Aprilaire 550 makes extremely loud grinding noise when turned on

yes it should be bypass but solenoid could be trying to open but the voltage to it may be to low if you have 24v ac power at the 2 small wires. but to change shut down power to furnace and water to humidifier.you loosen the 2 compression nuts unwire they cant be reversed so dont worry then 2 mounting screws then reverse to install
