Question about Fujitsu LifeBook Computers & Internet
I've discovered why my laptop wont connect to the internet - it says Wireless capability is turned off. How do I turn it on
Depending on your model Fujitsu and OS, which you failed to mention. Open the Network Adapter , Via Network Sharing Center, Change Adapter Settings. It could be a switch, or Fn Key? That's the best I can do with the info supplied. The user manual can be found here: http://support.fujitsupc.com/CS/Portal/support.do?srch=GUIDES

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: wireless capability turned off
What you are seeing is the offline web page view. It is not actual internet unless you can search through different sites. There should be a light just below your screen what will allow you to turn wireless on or off. Or search your computer files for wireless assistant aka WLAN

make sure the switch for you wireless network is turned on, and I think it is either located between the screen joints and the keyboard, or right on the side of the computer [the side that always faces you when the computer is on the laps]. Next, check to see if it has detected any wireless Networks, you could do this by right clicking the icon for the wireless network, in your bottom right corner and clicking on 'view available wireless networks'. if they do not show, you will have to refresh. When the links are listed, select the one you wish yo connect to and click 'connect'. if it needs authentication, you'll have to provide a network key
