Question about Toshiba CF32G40 32" TV
Periodically I will get a loud scratchy sound as if the speaker is shorted and then there will be many white noise lines across the picture. It typically only lasts from 2-10 seconds and may repeat 5-6 times and then everything is fine for awhile. Any ideas why?
MAY BE THERE IS LEAKY CAPACITOR IN AUDIO SECTION OF YOUR TV OR A RESISTOR THAT CHANGE THE RESISTANCE. OR LOOK FOR A CRACK SOLDER IN THAT AREA AND RESOLDER IT.
