I've been suggesting this a lot today, but it works for me 9 out of 10 times. Hold the power button on the front of the console for at least ten seconds. The light should turn red. Give it a second, then hit it again and it will reboot. See if this makes a difference.

If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is to try another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm that problem is with either Wii or Disc. If the console itself is giving disc read error then it needs to be repaired. You may check out DIY Wii Fix Guide, that will show step by step information to fix the problem yourself. It also gives information on fixing many Wii Related Problems, so its a kind of Wii Problems Reference Fix Guide

When we insert 'raving rabbitz' into our wii, we get the mesage 'can not read the disc', but the disk is brand nes and clean! pleeeease hep, we appreciate it! thank you, marko

First I would use a can of compressed air and blow out the inside of your Wii (IMPORTANT: when using cans of compressed air to blow out any electronic device make sure you hold the can upright, this prevents prevents any liquid from blowing into your device. Do not tilt the can or turn it upside down).

If this does not work and your other Wii discs are working fine return the item to the place of purchase and inform them the disc is defective and you need a replacement.

Excellent choice in games by the way, I found Raving Rabbids to be exceptional fun!

You have to go in your Wii settings menu and then select the sensitivity menu, there you can adjust the sensitivity of the Wiimote as you please.

Wii will not read disk after i ejected it durning game play

there are two possibilities
1.- you put the disk in the slot upside down.
2.-certain games cannont be played when they are ejected during game play. you probably have to buy a new game.

My wii remotes aren't working

First unplug the AC adapter from power cord and wait 10 min. Then plug it again and open the front cover on your Wii, then push the red button there, then open the batteries cover on your Wii Remote and push the red button there.Do the same for second Wii Remote. If this not help press and hold
the red SYNC button on the console for 15 seconds. This will clear all synced Wii Remotes from the console. Then try sync the Remotes again.

2nd Wii Remote will only not connect in Link's Crossbow Training

This is a ONE player game. It won't connect because the Wii isn't looking for any additional controllers. It's not a problem.
