This is a very obscure make that is only available in the UK. I remember them for carpet steam cleaners years ago. We are in North America. Try contacting their support direct.

With a torx screwdriver! There's nothing special about these screws except the shape of the hole in the head. Commonest size in small domestic machines is T15.
