First thing is never remove the cable without stopping the USB connection from system tray. Now, as your phone has gone kaput, you will have to re flash the firmware. Checkout some SE forums like esato.com,se-nse. Use a memory card reader to copy the contents of your m2 and don't keep it inserted in the phone while flashing.
If your phone is still under warranty, i suggest you take it to the service center.

Your firmware is corrupted. You are always advised not to remove the cable abruptly but get the mobile disconnected safely. You can repair it by downloading the firmware again from Sony's website or take it to a professional service centre.
