IT SOUNDS LIKE THE ELEMENT HAS BURNT OUT , REMOVE THE BACK PANEL FROM THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN BUT FIRST MAKE SURE THE POWER IS OFF WHEN THE PANEL IS REMOVED DISSCONECT THE TWO WIRES FROM THE HEATING ELEMENT TAK IT TO A PLUMMERS SUPLY STORE FOR REPLACEMENT , REPLACE NEW ELEMENT AND YOUR OVEN SHOULD WORK FINE .
