Pandigital Frame Photos NOT in order or NOT in sequence..FIXABLE?

The frame displays the photos out of order and out of sequence. Does anyone know how to fix this or is this just how it is? I tried everything from changing the file names, etc. I need it to show in a certain order...the songs as well. Help!

I, too, have just discovered that no matter what filenames I assign my jpegs, I can't get the frame to display the holiday pics in the order I want.

Me too. And it's frustrating as all get-out because I scanned about 300 images for my parents' golden wedding anniversary. I really want them to be in the proper timeline from their pictures of them dating up to current time.

I have tried renaming the images, saving them on my computer and then reintroducing them to the SD card in the order I want. Giving all the images a different "taken on" date so they would be in the proper order in a Microsoft slideshow and just about everything else I can think of.

If anybody has any suggestions -- at this point, even another photo frame that is easier to work with -- I'd sure appreciate it!

I'm having the same problem. I've gotten a good amount of photos going in the timeline order but then it starts messing up again to where it's not in order! GAH i thought i had it! :(

How to start slideshow after selecting the pictures

When you power on the picture frame, a slideshow will automatically display the photos on your memory. (If you have not inserted a memory card yet, the slideshow will display the photos pre-loaded into the internal memory.)

To restart the slideshow, press

ENTER again, or press the Slide Show button on the remote control.

Removing certain picutes from the frame

Hi, if this is a Pandigital frame, go to the manual pg.9 and follow instx under"Delete Photos from Internal Memory.

If it is another brand, try: on the Home screen menu, select Manage Photos( Make sure you do not have a Flash memory, camera card, usb etc connected to the frame!) and, under the Delete select the individual
photos to be deleted.
Hope this helps, but,I'm only familiar with the Pandigital

New xD M+ card won't work in the digital photo frame.

Alot of the digital photo frames will only display images up to a certain resolution. There is a good chance your camera resolution is too high for the photo frame. try change the settings on your camera to 3mp or so and take a few photos and see if they will display.
