The table on my sander is out from the drum by 1/8" side to side, how do I adjust, at the table or the drum roller?

SOURCE: belt sander adjustment

There should be a knob on the front of the sander which adjusts the front roller on the sander. If the belt runs off in the same direction each time try turning the knob as the sander is running and while watching the belt. If turning the knob one direction does not work try turning the other direction. If turning the knob does not have any affect on the way the belt tracks on the sander then you probably have a broken or missing part on the front of the sander. This may require taking the sander to a service center.

SOURCE: Sanding Belt Slips Badly

Check and see if the pulleys on the sander are not glazed this somtimes will cause the belt to slip. Give them a good cleaning. If this does not help there is a good chance the spring on the belt tensioner is weak and need changed.

Hop this helps

MODEL 11322506 MAINT. TO CHANGE DRUMS

To change drums you have to remember it is reverse thread. If the nut will not because the drum keeps turning you need to either squeeze the drum or hold the shaft near the bottom where the fins are. At least this is my experience with the Porter Cable oscillating spindle sander.

Installing belt on sander

Remove table assembly.
Remove pointer and then slide cover up and out from dust reflector.
Release belt tension by pushing tension lever toward idler drums.
Note: there may be an arrow on the inside of the belt.
The arrow should point in the direction of belt travel to ensure that the splice in the belt will not come apart.
Slide new belt over the drive and idler drums; center belt on drums.
Push tension lever towards drive drum to tension belt.
Hope this helps.

How to adjust belt on skil belt sander

There should be a tracking adjustment knob on the side of the sander behind the front roller. Run the saw and adjust this knob to center the belt. You will probably have to do this every time you change belts. Hope this helps you...

The belt slips off my Belt Sander

All sander will have two adjustments. The first is to release the sanding belt by retracting the position of one of the rollers. The second adjustment moves one of the rollers belt tension from side to side. The roller angular position is changed, sometime by a single knob or screw, and sometimes by two separate adjusting screws.
