Question about Cell Phones
When trying to sent a text message from my samsung GT E1080i an error message comes up.i have tried resetting the phone but it still happens

I have the same problem. You have to use the area code, the full 10 digit number. Even the phone numbers stored in your memory need to include the area code for the text to send.

You will need to contact the service provider for further assistance. There is nothing personally that you can do to the phone to make it work. Sounds like they will need to program the phone or your plan to include text messaging.
