Not printing PDFs (by 2 users)

Anyone who is running Microsoft XP in our office can no longer print PDF files. Any suggestions?

We have an HP laserjet 5000dn and nobody on Windows XP with current version (8.1) acrobat can print more than the first page of a multipage pdf. We can print to another (Brother all in one) on the network.

ApprenticeChose "Print as image" in Advanced printing settings of AcrobatReader. File>Print>Advanced
