Question about RCA TH1602 MP3 Player
Windows Vista SP1 wont install driver so I can not use at all. It says that the USB storage device is not configured properly. It sees the device and even named it properly but cant access it to install device driver.
Try a firmware upgrade - I couldn't get sure-fire confirmation that this player is compatible with Vista:
Answer: to update the firmware on your TH1602 you will need to:
1. Connect your device prior to installation.
2. Click on the download link.
3. Select "Save" and select the desired folder to save the installer.
4. Run the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to complete installation.
