Glowworm 24hxi combi boiler fault codes

it's an ignition fault (lockout) failed to light.

cause:
no gas
insufficient gas
incorrect gas valve adjustment
electrode ignition lead defective
electric igniter defective
check air inlet duct
check connections to igniter unit.

most common cause is igniter is defective (looks like a spark plug)

if you can hear a clicking when boiler goes to ignite, then it will be igniter at fault (no spark), check lead going to igniter (for any deterioration, looks like a ht lead). if all ok. change igniter.

hope this helps?

check the pilot line for an obstruction. check the millivolt generator that's supposed to keep the pilot valve open. check for a high limit control being bad.
