Question about Recoton Advent Advent Q2035A 20" TV
You will see a blue light next to the webcam if it is enabled, and an amber light if the camera is in use (live). No light means it's disabled. As described below holding Fn and F11 will enable/disable the camera. If you have OSD enabled you will see a caption showing you the status of the camera for a few seconds.

Hold donw your Fn key and then click on F11 at the same time this will turn the webcam off
