Cant access the language change setting

Ibought a cec f88 mobile phone watch and accidently changed the language to simplified chinese now i cant change it back to english as i do not understand chinese can you please help me

Go to settings--then go to phone settings--then go to language settings--then go to phone language
there you can change your phone's language to english if this is not possible contact your phone's website there you will find latest details.

use google translater to get the chinese words for the bolded words.It could be easy for you to indentify the icons.
