Your best bet is to take this problem to a ASE certified repair shop .

Secondary air injection circuit short to ground don't know what it means. Looked it up in data base

you have a transmission code you have to check the code out first to find what sensor is causing the problem this is a fail safe mode

DO YOU MEAN HEATER CORE if so it is in the havac box under the dash

code P0455......... Evaporative emission system leak detected ( large leak ) check gas cap

code 1451...........secondary air system leak ( bank 2 ) check for vacuum leak

code 1423...........secondary air system leak ( bank 1 ) check for vacuum leak

code 0141...........02 sensor heater circuit ( bank 1, sensor 2 ) replace 02 sensor

Check the fuel pump shut off switch that is located in the trunk by the left hinge its in the owners manual also.
