Well if the pieces were shattered and not ment to be reassembled-I'd suggest a hot glue gun

Open perplexus ball

The ball is divided into two hemispheres which are joined with the blue plastic pieces (at least on our Epic) at the equator. One half of the blue equator piece has pegs that are glued into holes (like a dado I suppose). We had the same issue with the blue tube coming apart. I used a dinner knife with a blade thin enough to fit into the joint between the blue equator trim pieces, but sturdy enough to allow me to torque it a bit. I slowly worked around the ball (several times) seperating the blue equator pieces. Only one of the pegs came out of its hole; all of the rest broke at the base, so while I can refit the equator pieces back together, I will need glue to finish the job. As well as being glued at the pegs (which were located at the points were the maze assembly meets the equator of the globe), there was periodically some glue along the length of the two blue equator pieces. Once apart, the clear hemispheres easily come apart and the maze assembly is easily removed. These did not appear to be glued anywhere. Fixing the tube was a snap, as was re-assembling everything; as I said, I just need to re-glue the blue trim pieces back together to hold the entire assembly together.

Be aware that in order to open the unit, most of the pegs broke, so proceed at your own risk. By prying along the perimeter of the equator joint gently, the toy can still be reassembled and glued/repaired, so don't rush!

I need instructions to assemble the Discovery Toys Super Marbleworks Raceway Construction Set.

There are purposely no instructions for building Marbleworks. Any two pieces fit together, and you learn how to tweak it and improve it as you build it. Try it!! Enjoy! www.toysofdiscovery.com for more questions about Discovery Toys.

On my son's Tomica Mega Station Hypercity Set, the yellow piece that stops the cars from crossing the railway track is stuck in the up position and does not release the cars to cross the track. It does...

I'm having the same problem. We took it back to Toy's R Us, got a new set and new batteries and it still won't run. I'm "mega" frustrated because this is all my son wanted for Christmas, and we live an hour and a half away from Toy's R Us. I called Tomy and they said that I am the first person to call about this, and that there is no "master on switch" anywhere, and they just don't know. But what are the chances of TWO different sets from TWO different Toy's R Us's and TWO new sets of batteries and this damn thing still won't work?! UGHHHHHHHHH

Hi. I am unaware of replacement parts, but we are thinking of posting ours on ebay to sell as replacement parts. Check there in a few days.
