Question about T-Mobile Wing™ Smartphone
My wing wont get past the 2nd screen wich displays(windows mobile)then restarts its self and repeats same process over and over again
Turn off your mobile and then pull out the storage card, Restart your device, it should work now !!!

You need to do a hard reset which will get rid of everything after tht you must wait an set your device up all over again to do a hard reset all at the same time first press left soft key then right soft ket then the soft reset on the side after tht let the soft reset go an continue holding the two soft keys til the hard reset function pops up then let go an press the green send button to finish it all!!

Try disconnecting external power from charger or USB sync cable. Press reset button and quickly remove battery before unit has chance to recycle. Then remove any installed memory card.
Now hold down reset button and power on button for 15 seconds, then release reset button followed 5 seconds later release power on button. Unit should reset itself and reboot. I was able to get past continuous rebooting cycle, and phone began to function normally, albeit without memory storage card.
Have not attempted to reinstall memory storage card.

I also had the same problem a month or so ago... You need to download a new rom update from HTC on the TMobile site, it will also cure a few other problems but will wipe out all current settings. Make sure you don't disconnect your phone from your sync connection with your computer durning the process... Good luck.. L J

I was also getting the same problem and now I found one solution. Just remove the battery from your phone for at least 15-30 minutes and then insert the battery again and switch on your mobile. I hope it will also work for you. Good Luck!!
