Question about Computers & Internet
You could try clearing the browsing and cache data as this is normally the culprit.
Go to Tools (Spanner Icon) -> Options -> Under the Hood. Click the "Clear browsing data..." button and select what you want to delete. It's probably worth keeping cookies.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

1. Set your chorme to use default statup page for google ( E.g. http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=pa )
You can do that by going in OPTIONS -> BASICS
2. Open chorme and you will see google.com is already open
3. Google the name of website you want to browse. ( e.g. type gmail and click search )
4. Right Click the Link to gmail and open in new tab.

SOURCE: I cant open google chrome
Do any other browsers work?
If not, the problem is with your internet connection.
Try switching off the computer, unplugging the router from the power, wait 10 sec then plug the power back in.
Then boot up the computer again.
Hope this helps!
