Question about Blaupunkt Car Audio & Video
I wasn't able to access a parts explosion for the stereo but more than likely the stereo either uses a rotary encoder/pushbutton combo or two separate switches. The push button has probably worn out and requires replacement. Face plates are not that complicated when taken apart and you can try to wedge something in between the knob and the switch to give you more travel when pushing the power button, which might help the issue.

i think that the red wire is the acc wire but im not 100% on that because you havenot witten what model the radio is
anyways if it is the acc wire then connect that to a 12volt supply and see if it turns on all other wires must be connected though ecept for the blue wire which i think is the remote wire for a amplifier

Usually the universal colors are Yellow---battery; red---accessories
Orange –illumination; black –negative; then the speaker’s white-white/blk;
Purple-pur/blk; green-grn/blk and gray – gry/blk. Blue and wht/blue are power antenna or amp turns on. That is all you need to know

You will need to hool up the blue and white wire will need to be connected to the amp turn on in the vehicle. Hopefully you are using an installation harness to make your job easier. The vehicle has a small amplifier in it. it does need to be turned on when you turn on the stereo.
