SOURCE: Clean filter light stays on LG TD-C70045E Dryer

I had the same problem. It actually has nothing to do with the filters. If your dryer sounds like it wants to start the capacitor is blown.

SOURCE: LG dryer check filter light

Have you checked the lint trap? If not this is what it is talking about. If you have then you should check your dryer vent line. Your lint trap should be on the inside of the dryer. If you need more help let me know. Also if you unplug the unit after checking what I said and the light still is one. Unplug it for 1 minute then plug back in this should reset everything

SOURCE: Lint Filter Light comes on and cycle is interupted

I just found that the filter itself was not allowing airflow- I tested by blowing through it with my mouth- no airflow. I cleaned it with a high pressure air hose and noticed that the flow is much better now. I cleaned it by hand several times, and washing in water (which may have made theproblem).

Error code CL on Kenmore Dryer

The "Check lint screen" light is just a reminder to check the and clean the lint screen before or after each load. There is not a sensor that will detect if it's clean or dirty, it's just a reminder. The "Check lint screen" should turn off as soon as the dryer is started. If it never turns off then the control board would need to be replaced in order for the check lint screen reminder to turn off, however the check ling screen reminder light staying on will not effect the operation of the dryer.
Here is the control board to order.

The part comes with a 365 day, any part, any reason return.

Lint filter light turns on and stops dryer before they are dry constantly

Your exhaust vent pipe could be getting restricted. Make sure it is clean and free flowing.Make sure your screen is clean, and also the ventilation port in it leading to the screen. The port could also be restricted.

We have a DLE3777W electric dryer. The check filter and cooling lights are coming on now all the time. It's drying but not as well as it has and takes longer. How do we turn off the cooling light? What...

if you pull your lint screen out and look down you will see like a metal piece with two screws, this is your sensor, more then likely it has lint/fuzz on it. I would suggest taking the cabinet(dryer) apart and cleaning it with a brush, lightly as not to damage it. Sometime you can get to it with a vacuum but if you are not careful it can be damaged. Here is a link that will help:

take the lint screen out and clean it with a toothbrush and warm soapy water. You may be using too much softner. If that doesnt work, the control board may be bad.
