Paper jam

I can't get rid of the paper jam error message. There is no paper jam in the entire machine that I can find. It will let me fax but not copy or print.

The various parts that open up to allow access are monitored by a micro switch.
Switch the machine off and open all the access points locate the switch and make sure it is freely working and the connections are all in place.
Then come back
