Question about Computers & Internet
My touchpad mouse is completely frozen.. And the laptop won't accept an usb mouse either? How do I get it to work? Thank in advance
Try a cold-start, unplug, removebattery, leave out, plug in boot normally. If that fails restore to a date before this issue. Reinstall drivers if necessary. http://www.packardbell.co.uk/pb/en/GB/content/download

the fn key and one of the f keys should turn this on and off, if not
its possible the cable from the touchpad to the motherboard is loose or the touchpad is bad

could be malware infection but before, open and check that touchpad to motherboard interface flex is ok and well plugged in the socket. also uninstall all touchpad drivers, run a malware removal tool then, scan for new hardware..
