The manufacturer is SNK (Shin Nihon Kikaku) but I doubt that you're going to find that in any universal remote control code list.
SNK make TVs for (or in association with) Magnavox who are owned by Philips. Therefore the most likely universal remote codes to work are Magnavox or Philips codes. However I wouldn't like to guarantee this!
If possible, I'd suggesting trying another universal remote or borrowing one and trying the codes for these brands before buying one.
You can buy a universal remote at Walmart or Kmart or wherever you shop. There will be a chart included with the remote that will give you codes to enter that match the manufacturer of the TV. Expect to spend @ $10. I hope this helps and good luck! Please remember to vote and write a testimonial. Thanks.
Look on the back of the TV or in the back of the manual and you'll see the name of the company that manufactured and/or distributed the TV, or you may find a telephone number listed in the manual. You must contact the manufacturer to find a replacement remote for that TV. Universal remotes don't work because that set is actually made by a small company that doesn't communicate with universal remote makers.

I seem to be the only person on the net with the 3 digit Durabrand universal remote code which works for 13' and up Durabrand TV's and TV/DVD TV/VCR combos. The culprit is 3 digit code 189 for a Funai and Emerson. I only know this because I have like 4 of these TV's haha.
We have a Sylvania 6313CB TV/VCR combo. I bought a universal remote and the code would not work when I tried to program it to the "TV" button using all those possible codes listed in the books. So, on the universal remote, there was a button named "VCR" and when I programmed in the code "0000" all worked. This was a $6.00 universal remote named "One For All" we bought at the Big Lots store.
Specifically, here is what I did:
Turned TV on
Pushed the "VCR" button and light blinked once
Pushed and held the "set" button until it blinked twice
Released the "set" button and entered the numbers "0000"
Pushed the on/off button and it worked including volume, channel up/down and channel change by entering the channel number.
Hope this works for you too.
We broke our remote for the Durabrand 13 inch tv, bought a RCA universal remote and that did not work. Just bought the radio shack 3 in 1 remote for $7.99 and it had the codes for the Durabrand tv and it worked fine. Hope this helps.
