Question about HP 418446-001 - HP Special Edition L2000 Series Full Featured Laptop Systemboard for
HP L2000 laptop keyboard is stuck and need to change boot order.
I need to change boot order from hard drive to CD.
You can try connecting an external keyboard. When the external is connected the BIOS may ignore in built-in keyboard, bypassing your keyboard error.
You can also try removing the stuck key by prying it up GENTLY.
The answer to your question is unless you can get a working keyboard connected to your computer there is no way to change the boot order. Without a working keyboard you can't get into the system setup (BIOS), nor can you press the correct key.
