Question about Computers & Internet
If you were able to use it previously, then chances are there are software changes that affect it or it has stopped working because of a registry problem.
Here are some of the fixes:
1. Restart your computer and check if it's already working. Yes, it's strange but that's how computer's work. They need restarting some times for it to work.
2. If restarting won't do a thing, then do a system restore via the system restore in system tools. To go there, click on the pearl or start button > programs > accessories > system restore.
System restore screen will open and what you need to do is to follow the on screen instructions and select the date when it was working fine. Do the restore and let it restart. Check if it works.
If restoring it fixes the problem, then I suggest that you install RadarSync so that the maintenance of your computer's driver/software will become automatic. RadarSync will do the thing and you don't have to do anything at all.
I hope this helps!
