SOURCE: Hi there, I've got a Toshiba mouse, model number

first check the batteries inside the mouse they might be low, if that didn't work then try that muse on a different pc to make sure whether it is form the wireless mouse or from your workstation (windows problem or driver corruption).

SOURCE: hi i am using a PA3745U-1ETB wireless laser mouse

1) Try to download and install a free driver updater software, e.g. http://www.innovative-sol.com/drivermax/index.htm - let it scan and update all your missing drivers - it may fix USB general problems if this causes also the mouse problems.
2) If it doesn't help - then there might be problem with the laser beam of your mouse (check the laser beam while the mouse is still moving, and then compare it with the beam when the mouse has stopped moving, maybe the laser beam is out). In this situation - bring it to the warranty repair service or ask for replacement from your seller.

SOURCE: wireless mouse pa3706e-1et1 no longer

Aside from the fact that the mouse may have gone bad, have you tried pushing the "connect" button on the bottom of the mouse? Also, is the battery in correctly?
Change the USB port to see if that helps.

I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.
