SOURCE: My ifb machine is around
In general, the life of a washing machine is about 10-12 years. Depending upon how much your machine has been used, etc. It may be at the end of it's life.I would keep this in mind before putting very much money into repair. I would certainly contact the person who looked at your machine and inquire whether or not they have ordered parts for it and their schedule for repairing it. I would also ask for their estimate for the cost of repair. You can then make a decision based upon how much you paid for the machine, if it has had normal to heavy use, and how much the repairs are going to cost, before you have it repaired. You might have in mind how much you are willing to put into this machine before you call.
Good luck to you. Thank you for using FixYa.
SOURCE: what programe should i use
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I'm so sorry but we at the FixYa washer forum do not give that sort of advice- we help people identify what technical/mechanical/electronic faults they are suffereing from and what to do about them.
My advice, though, would be to have a look at the label on your curtains as it should tell you. If there is no label, identify what material they are made of and check in your manufacturer's washer manual. If you do not have a manual here is how to obtain one ;-0)
???
Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
