You don't really require drivers for CPU's. They are initialized by BIOS.

you just need to go to the website of your motherboard brand, then after that you just click the motherboard, when you are now in the site just type your motherboard model, then click the driver, then chose the US when you download the sound and video driver

I suspect you mean the Motherboard that has the AMD Phenom II x3 710.

If so then find specifications on that motherboard to see what better, faster? CPU is compatible with it.

4th Core is Disabled by AMD and you need to know how to enable it?
Maybe this can help.
Overclocking Phenom II x3 710 2 6GHz to 3 5GHz unlocking 4th core

Hope it helps

THIS MAINBOARD SUPPORT THIS PROSESSOR Phenom II X4 920 (2.8GHz, 125W, 2MB total dedicated L2 cache, 6MB L3

Processor Support (CPU Support),

AMD Phenom II X4 model 920, uses .0875 to 1.425 Volts, (DC),

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_Phenom_microprocessors#.22Deneb.22_.28C2.2FC3.2C_45_nm.2C_Quad-core.29

That is the average voltage range for the AMD Phenom II X 4 processor.

Look back at the AMD Phenom chart again on Wikipedia, and look especially at the voltage range for the 900e to the 945.
Now look at the ECS CPU Support page again, and you'll see your motherboard supports Phenom II X4 processors from 900e to 945.

Since the 910e and the 925 are supported, I know the technology of the 920 is supported.
The Core architecture and nanometer technology it is based on, is supported.
No BIOS update may be needed.

Yes is the answer.

[NOTE*
That processor can use up to 125 watts of power. You need a decent Power Supply.
That processor also gets H-O-T!
Make sure it has a GOOD cooling system, and the computer case inside, and the Power Supply, inside, are kept clean ]

I want to install win xp on VPCEE29FX/BI

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit CPU Type: AMD Phenom II Triple-Core P820 1.8G Why would you want to "downgrade" from the high-performance 64-bit version of Windows 7 to Windows XP?

XP probably won't support the "triple-core" processor, nor the sound-card, nor the video-card, nor the USB ports. This would leave you with a very CRIPPLED computer.

Don't try it!
