I had the same problem, try running the TV on Mute, if it is a bad solder joint the sound can vibrate the solder point and trip the relay, if the TV doesn't trip off with the sound on mute then it is probably the big power transformer's solder connection needs resoldered. sound vibration from those big pioneer speakers may loosen the solder joint over a period of time because the transformer is heavier and bulky and vibrates a lot.

Mine would do this, or a variation where it would pop, flicker, the brightness would go all wonky and stay bad for several minutes+. Just recently it went pop, and went dead. When turned off at the hard switch and turned back on, it would make the relays click but would not make that high pitched transformer tweet sound that it always made on startup, then turn back off.
I pulled the power board out and looked at all the solder connections on the back side based on other posts here at fixya. Several were ugly and needed touching up, but one was cracked, slightly burnt, and obivously broken. That connection was on the big transformer in the middle of the board, seemed to be the culprit.I desoldered it, cleaned it up and resoldered it. Cleaned up about ten other connections that generally looked like they would fail soon, put it all back together, and it works again!
If you try this yourself, be VERY VERY careful! Just because there's no big tube inside, doesn't mean you can't kill yourself with electricity! Unplug it first, keep the plug visible, keep the kids away, use one hand wherever possible, and be careful soldering, you might have one end of a charged capacitor that may not like what you're doing!

TV picture goes out after 10 minutes of viewing with popping sound

It can be a couple things. Something bad on the power board. Or the vertical output circuit. How long ago did you purchase the television. Your best course of action is to have it serviced.
If you need any information or other assistance let me know.
Thanks,

Pioneer 65" TV Model # SD-643HD5 won't power up.

I would suggest replacing the board itself, chances are what caused those fuses to blow is still faulty. did you check those fuses again after you powered it back up?

Its is a cold solder joint on the board. The board is the one located at the bottom right of the tv when looking at the rear. Mine did the same thing. After refreshing mose of the large solder pints on the board, it stopped. Hope this helps!
