Glasses are cloudy and rust spots on cuttlery

I have an Indesit integral dishwasher D1 620, It is only 18 months old. About 6 months ago the tablet stopped disolving so I am now using powder. The salt is topped up and I am using finish washing and rinsing agents. for the last 2 weeks the glasses are very cloudy and the cutlerry has rust spots, any solutions.

The problem is hard water and jet dry will not solve that. There is a new product out called The Dishwasher Filtration System. I had the same issue until I switched from Cascade to Electrosol. I still use the Cascade rinse solution in the door dispenser. Also use the heated dry option. The energy saving option seems to promote clouding.
