Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook
I shut my laptop down and and it won't turn back on, how can i fix it?
The battery could have gone bad. Or if you use an ac adaptor for power the adaptor might be bad.
Also try looking on the bottom of the laptop near the battery slot. There might be a reset button, if there is get a paper clip (or small pointy object) and hit the reset button. This works alot of the time.

Your power management in Windows is corrupted. I would do a system restore to an earlier date.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore.
On the Welcome screen, click Restore my computer to an earlier time, and then click Next.
On the Select a Restore Point page, select the date from the calendar that shows the point you'd like to restore to, as shown in Figure 2, and then click Next.
On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, verify that the correct restore point is chosen, and then close any open programs.
Click Next if you are ready to proceed or click Back to change the restore point.
The computer will shut down automatically and reboot. On reboot, you'll see the Restoration Complete page, and then click OK.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.

it may be one of the causes, but the main reason for it is the power supply keeps on fluctuating. You may call Acer for a possible replacement for it..

The battery seems to be short please remove the battery and use the laptop with the power adapter only to confirm the issue.
