Hello,

The duplicator has a usb option that needs to be selected via the duplicator controller menu. If your duplicator menu currently reads 1. Copy scroll up using the up arrow key to look for the Usb Mode. You may be prompt to switch to the Usb Mode by pressing Ent. Once you do so the duplicator will reboot and the drive should be available through the (My) Computer screen on your personal computer. If you do not see the Usb Menu option on your duplicator menu you can turn it on by holding down the ESC until you hear a beep. It will display the Adv Setup Menu. Scroll down until you see "Usb Option", press the ENT then scroll down to select the ON position and press ENT. After the Usb Option has been turned on you should press the ESC button twice then scroll up until you see the USB Option, press ENT to view the option then select to turn in ON and press ENT. Feel Free to give us a call if you have further inquiries.

The last 3 discs might be CD-RW which can be rewritten, but not all cd players will be able to read them. Just go to the store and buy some CD-R disks and re-burn the last 3 disks. That should solve your problem.

Acard duplicator - 'Source drive not ready'

> source drive not ready

When you push the button to open/close the drawer, does it work,
i.e., is there electrical power reaching the drive?

Did you put a disk into the "source" drive?
Is the same disk recognized when you put that disk into any other computer?
If so, then the "source" drive is damaged, and needs to be repaired/replaced.

DVD with unreadable sector

One way that I test the discs is to rip your burned disc back on to your computer with ImgBurn - usually if there are unreadable sectors, ImgBurn will report it.
